Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working with prestigious companies like McKinsey & Co., Dale Carnegie, J.Jill, Macy's, Boehringer-Ingelheim, and Anheuser-Busch. I loved the opportunity to immerse myself in diverse cultures, observing how employees collaborated and supporting them through coaching and guidance. Good leaders were always eager to learn more about themselves and find ways to better engage with their staff. Life was good, and I thrived on helping leaders grow.
However, I discovered a significant challenge: many HR departments were overwhelmed with training requests. They struggled to provide their leaders with opportunities for growth and peer learning, especially across different companies. The demand for effective leadership development was high, but the resources and solutions were often lacking. This realization hit me hard when I saw talented leaders unable to reach their full potential due to these constraints. I knew there had to be a better way to support leadership development.
Recognizing this gap, I decided to take action. Reflecting on my experience of coaching over 5,000 leaders to achieve the next level in their careers, I launched the Leadership Liftoff program. This initiative was designed to help leaders optimize their leadership excellence, resulting in increased performance and happier employees. Leadership Lift-off provides actionable insights in just eight weeks, without overwhelming leaders with their workload and performance expectations. This method has proven to be highly effective in delivering quick, impactful results.
