Payment Terms

  • We accept payment via credit card, ACH, or other agreed methods


Refund Policy

Our refund policy varies by program:

  • Becoming Unstuck: Refunds available within 7 days of program start if you have not attended more than one session
  • Leadership Lab: No refunds after program begins
  • Stellar Guidance: 30-day notice required for cancellation; prorated refund for remaining period
  • Fractional CMO Services: Terms specified in individual service agreements

Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel or postpone programs due to:

  • Insufficient enrollment
  • Force majeure events
  • Other circumstances beyond our control

In such cases, you will receive a full refund or option to transfer to a future program.


Client Responsibilities

As a participant in our programs, you agree to:

  • Attend scheduled sessions or notify us of absences
  • Complete assignments and exercises in good faith
  • Treat facilitators and other participants with respect
  • Maintain confidentiality of other participants' shared information
  • Not record sessions without explicit permission


Confidentiality
