• Payment is required prior to or at the start of services unless otherwise agreed

• We accept payment via credit card, ACH, or other agreed methods

Our refund policy varies by program:

• Becoming Unstuck: Refunds available within 7 days of program start if you have not attended more than one session
• Leadership Lab: No refunds after program begins
• Stellar Guidance: 30-day notice required for cancellation; prorated refund for remaining period
• Fractional CMO Services: Terms specified in individual service agreements

We reserve the right to cancel or postpone programs due to:

• Insufficient enrollment
• Force majeure events
• Other circumstances beyond our control

In such cases, you will receive a full refund or option to transfer to a future program.

As a participant in our programs, you agree to:

• Attend scheduled sessions or notify us of absences
• Complete assignments and exercises in good faith
• Treat facilitators and other participants with respect
• Maintain confidentiality of other participants' shared information
• Not record sessions without explicit permission

Information you share during coaching or program sessions is treated as confidential, except:

• When disclosure is required by law
• To prevent harm to yourself or others
• With your explicit consent

You agree to maintain confidentiality regarding:

• Proprietary materials and methodologies
• Information shared by other program participants
• Any confidential business information disclosed to you

Our programs and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• Specific results or outcomes
• Career advancement or salary increases
• Resolution of all professional challenges
• Suitability for every individual situation

Our services are educational and advisory in nature. They do not constitute:

• Legal advice
• Financial advice
• Medical or mental health counseling
• Therapy or clinical treatment

Results vary by individual based on effort, circumstances, and other factors beyond our control. Testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not guarantees of future results.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Stellar HR Advisors and its principals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service at issue
• We are not liable for losses resulting from your use or inability to use our services
• We are not responsible for technical failures, interruptions, or third-party actions

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stellar HR Advisors, its principals, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your use of our services

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or integrate third-party services. We are not responsible for:

• Any transactions you conduct with third parties

Before initiating formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation.

If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except for claims seeking equitable relief or involving intellectual property.

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• Pandemics or public health emergencies
• Acts of war or terrorism
• Government actions
• Internet or utility failures
• Labor disputes

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
