Refund Policy
Our refund policy varies by program:
- Becoming Unstuck: Refunds available within 7 days of program start if you have not attended more than one session
- Leadership Lab: No refunds after program begins
- Stellar Guidance: 30-day notice required for cancellation; prorated refund for remaining period
- Fractional CMO Services: Terms specified in individual service agreements

Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel or postpone programs due to:
- Insufficient enrollment

In such cases, you will receive a full refund or option to transfer to a future program.
